I ordered this product in November, and even after several months, I still have not received it. The order has been stuck in transit for a very long time, and I have no idea what is happening. I contacted the company’s support team multiple times, but received no response at all. This feels like a serious fraud: I paid my money, yet they are neither delivering the product nor issuing a refund.
This experience is extremely disappointing and concerning. I strongly advise others not to buy this product or rely on its delivery from this company.

I tried a product as a one off and now I have a subscription I did not sign up for or want. Despite multiple emails, contacting my bank to cancel the payments I’m still being sent product I don’t want and being charged. Please don’t fall into this trap like I did. Stay away from this company. There is no customer service that actually help you. It’s just the same email response that does not rectify or answer your query. Awful company!!

First time I received my product and it was extremely helpful, so I ordered more. Nothing. A month later I emailed. Waited. Emailed again. Finally left a negative review on shop.com and got a message saying there was a delay and it would be fixed soon. I got one item from my order but not the other FIVE. Since then they've ignored me completely so I'm leaving negative reviews in hopes of someone taking notice.

Only because the product came worm gummies are just what it says sugar gummies I have been returning to sender every time they wanted my credit card number to cancel a subscription I never authorized. They will not get that my bank put a stop on my debit card because they are scammers you keep sending those pills they are going in the trash stay away from these demonic blood thirsty people.

Received first order. Then on 7-18-25, took $130 out of bank account. Been emailing to close account and do a refund. No response on refund. Only be patient with customs ,etc.

Complete scam. Ordered £30 worth of stuff last October. Went back and forth with them after they told me it was a customs problem then after 3 months I asked for a refund and they haven’t responded since. Still no reply, still no refund.

It’s all scam. I never received my package

RUN!!! They are the absolute worst company to deal with. The communication is horrible, or rather, nonexistent. It took three weeks to receive my prescription, and I received no guidance on how to use it. As a result, I ended up taking a two-month supply in just one month, and now I understand why I felt so terrible! I've had GREAT experiences with Eden and VitaStir in the past, so I will be returning to them. The savings just aren't worth staying with BLIV.

TOTAL SCAM. They sell you a product they don't have in stock and then make you wait for 2 months. You request a refund, they don't give it to you. The product hasn't arrived yet and I am afraid I got ripped off.

they are a scam!! I ordered on April 22 two bottles of theirs and after a week I noticed a shipping email (great!! WRONG)it literally went to one location and then returned to its natural habitat I wrote them several times and the only thing I got was sorry we will ship one out to you immediately..I waited for a confirmation email ...nothing I wrote again and I said I just want a refund and they said oh sorry I "just" tried to stop it but they already shipped it out LIARS!! i WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD they don't want to deal with me I will write and annoy them till I get what I asked for which is my money back

Do not shop here. All ran by AI app. Once they get 599.00 they tell you owe 25.00 more admen fee. buyer beware!!! they give you one tiny vial four needles and tell you that enough for 12 weeks. Just take smaller dose. A joke!

I bought 2 bottles of candita complex and they sent me only one. When I complained they said,
That the bottle should only contain 30 capsules and that is a half months supply.
I told the no company does that.
The lable says 60 capsules, 30 day supply.
They just argued and now they are tying to
Charge my creditcard again like I agreed on a supscription.
I will have them blocked by my bank.

Do not go near this website. They are dishonest and unethical. They will scam you and the link to stop your subscription does not work.

Total scam artists. I Missed the small print and ended up buying into a subscription that I have no way of cancelling. I have been emailing them for two months with zero response. The link to ‘manage my subscription’ goes to a dead page. Currently trying to go through my bank to stop payments.

I would rate it with “no star” if possible. Total scam, I have been waiting for my delivery for 2.5 months now and they just keep saying that there is an address issue and they will send the replacement. 2 times they have “sent” the replacement, which hasn’t never arrived. In UAE there is never an address issue, because they always call you in advance and leave the package behind the door. Nobody never called me. I have been trying to get the refund, but the customer service is like some automated robot just saying that they can’t give the refund just because the package hasn’t been delivered. DON’T order, it’s a scam for sure. I wish I read the reviews before.

They use another companies product to advertise their candida pills. I wanted to send the package back but they have stopped answering to my emails. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered October 8th and still haven’t received my order.
I’ve been in contact with them consistently saying that “it’s coming.” They won’t refund me. Total scam. I’ll be calling my credit card company in the morning.

It’s been three months and I still do not have what I actually ordered. The company admitted to sending me the wrong product which is lesser value than what I ordered after telling me that it was what I ordered. Many excuses were made and then I was offered what I ordered free of charge as if it was a favour. I waited weeks and there was no follow up, I asked for a refund and they told me it was on the way and has not responded to my email requesting a tracking. The company will lie, make excuses and attempt to not give you your money back under the pretence of sending you the right product. Don’t waste your time on Blivvy, super unprofessional and not a company anyone should do business with.
