Bought their portable bluetooth speaker direct from blitzwolfeurope the volume level and sound quality were pretty disappointing so I filled out their return form and sent it back to Hungary recorded delivery. The item was received but the purchase price not returned....utter scammers. Will try to get a refund through bank card. 0/5 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with this company.

I bought my husband the Blitwolf BW-WAS lite for his birthday a few years ago and it has never worked properly. I did write to Blitzwolf twice but I got a very curt response saying it was my Bluetooth connection (I have great bluetooth connection). Finally realised it's the battery life. It works fine as long as you keep the battery on charge - what's the point of that, it's meant to be portable !!!!

I bought a BlitzWolf model BW-TH13, on BANGOOD.COM, and had problems with HDMI ports from the beginning.
I tried to contact BliTZWOIF support to report the issues and asked about new SW/FW releases, but just got auto/standard reply message "Welcome to BlitzWolf, thanks to contact us.....". After that no one has deigned to answer me.
Really unprofessional after-sales service and support.

I bought a blitzwolf BW-WA3 and have only used about three times and the battery is kuput. For such an expensive item I would expect a better product I wish I had read the other people's reviews before buying it.

I bought a weather station, branded BliTZWOIF, model BW-WS03, on BANGOOD.COM, It was shipped from a warehouse in EUROPE. (Czech Republic)
It worked fine for a year, but the external unit broke after a year.
Banggood told me the warranty was 12 months.
I contacted the BliTZWOIF headquarters because having been shipped from Europe, the warranty is 24 months.
They too have refused me a repair or replacement.
I DO NOT recommend purchasing BliTZWOIF
products.

Anche loro mi hanno rifiutato la riparazione o sostituzione.

This company is scam. I made an order on the 5th of May. Up until now nothing. I have written then emails, they have not responded at all. I have gone through their 'how can we help section' still nothing. I'm now in the process of getting my money back.

Do not buy any products from Blitzwolf, maybe if you want to waste your money. There is no support for the products, accessories and replacement parts are not available, customer service is highly unprofessional.
Example: They introduced an air purifier product line, with multiple devices and promise to provide replacement HEPA filter for the products. Filters are not available, all purchased devices are useless, after half a year of usage. Customer service answer: "try to buy a filter somewhere else"
In developed countries, this is called a scam.

I bought a BlitzWolf(R) BW-AP2 air filter and the average use of the filter is approximately 9 months.
To my surprise that after spending €200 on the air filter and 9 months after there are no replacement filters for sale. The support contact simply does not reply.

Terrible experience. Bought headphones. Took ages to arrive. Looked great! Didn’t even turn on. Wrote to supplier - no answer. Wrote to Blitzwolf- no answer. Had to get money back from PayPal less $49.00 to ship the crap back.

I bought Blitzwolf BW-ANC5 headphones. They were about £180 from memory so I expected something decent. They took forever to arrive from the US. The sound quality was disappointing but acceptable. However, after about 3 weeks the sound started to cut out. This got worse until they became increasingly frustrating to use, as I wanted them to use in the gym or at work and it was inconvenient to repeatedly mess about establishing a Bluetooth connection. One day l just threw them in the bin as it wasn’t worth the aggravation they were causing. Total crap, as everyone else seems to have realised already.

to my great regret, I decided to make a purchase of the company's goods on the official website. ordered BW-HP1 headphone model.... And exactly one week later I received a completely different model BW-HP0 !!!! In response to a letter with a request to correct the error, I received an answer that they do not have the BW-HP1.... The BW-HP0 headphones are "much better" - which is a lie. They also added to me that I ordered exactly the BW-HP0, having previously made changes in my basket on my website. In response, I sent pictures of my basket taken in advance, where it is clear that I ordered the BW-HP1.... After that, the company representatives stopped responding to my emails..... Liars and scammers. I advise you to avoid them.
Very shady customer service, asking me to lie
I have bought several cables and chargers from Blitzwolf in past, all good quality stuff. But recently I bought soap dispenser BW-FD3 (through AliExpress).
It arrived but stopped working after exactly 2 days. I opened a refund dispute and their service person told me to first close the dispute before they can offer refund?! What sort of shady stuff is that.
After a lot of back and forth, they asked to again close dispute and open a new dispute (which I do not think is possible) and basically lie by selecting "refund for personal reasons" instead of "item does not work". THEN they would refund me money.
I refuse to lie for their benefit and still waiting for money back. Very very unprofessional behavior.
Up to date I've had no problems with Banggood
Have bought many item from Banggood. One being a blitzwolf watch which up to now for the price works fine. When I have had a problem item from Banggood, I emailed them with pictures of problem and they refunded me with no hassle and in reasonable time. So either I have been fortunate in the way I have been treated or others have been unlucky.
Avoid like you would a hooker with COVID-19 (Delta strain)
The product may work wonderfully but who knows. The enclosed "manual" is a complete joke.
1) it is written in really small print that is grey rather than black.
2) paragraphs are duplicated
3) The grammar is the usual poor Chinglish but I've seen worse
4) There is NO WHERE mentioned in the manual, that I could locate, that describes how the PC is to be connected to the device. I eventually stumbled on the requirement to connect the USB-C 87 watt socket to a USB-C socket on the laptop. No mention in the sales blurb that a USB-C port is required on the PC. Fortunately I have a recent model laptop that came with one. You should also use the cable supplied - a different cable didn't work.
All the manual does it describe the ports and talk about adding extra screens. I managed to locate copy of the manual on-line that was legible and missing the duplicated paragraphs but was no better in working out how to use the devices features.
The hardware.
The power plug was the wrong type for Australia and the selling agent, Banggood (aka Scamgood) says that’s my problem as they only sell the European power supply. Good to know as it means I’ll never have to deal with them again.
Once I worked out how to connect the laptop to the docking station I found the device recognised a USB drive, the network port worked fine though I did not test the gigabit speed claim.
What did not work was an external USB 3.0 DVD reader / burner. The light on the drive lit up and I was able to install a disc but it wouldn't show up on File Explorer.
Likewise, when I installed an SSD drive in the device it also failed to display in Windows File Explorer. It shows up in device manager but identifies as a Realtek USB Gbe Family Controller, an RTL9200 and a USB Billboard device. This may be correct but the manual won’t help you and I’m still to work out how to display the SSD contents.
In summary, the product is a FAIL. Save your money and look elsewhere coz there's nothing redeeming about the device and 'manual' in it's current form
Bltzwolf - poor products
I have purchased 2 Bltzwolf items recently. A ZigBee pir sensor which continuously sent alarm messages every 5 minutes even when put in a dark press! Took a long time and a lot of emails to Banggood to get a refund. Also purchased an IP wireless security camera which is the far side of useless. Their PC app just does not function and it is impossible to get a live picture from my holiday cottage.I also have a Foscam up camera which works perfectly so it's not the poor internet speed causing the problem. Would never purchase anything from this company again.

Do not buy BlitzWolf products, their products are some of the worst quality crap. I bought BW-LT 32 Pro Smart strip light TV and BW-FD3 soap dispenser, both defective. Also avoid ScamGood (banggood), they never refund or replace the poor quality products they sell.

Throughout a long timespan I bought Blitzwolf USB cables, charger, headphones and vacuum cleaner. I USED TO like the company, but now I won't recommend anything from it. One day my vacuum cleaner BW-VC2 stopped charging, because of "used up battery" (most probably because of unfairly programmed BMS), and since then I have problems to get the new battery. The only place to buy it is Banggood, where the order from factory is already a few weeks late, because there's no battery in the stock. Blitzwolf customer service is either unhelpful, or not responding. Also, headphones BW-HP0 have only one-way volume control - with buttons on them. Volume change from computer level doesn't work.

I ordered an vacuum cleaner in Jan 2020. It stopped working in Feb 2021. It came with a leaflet saying it has 18 months manufacturer warranty.

I do not have working vacuum nor my money back. I do not recommend to buy anything valuable from Banggood or Blitzwolf.
