Great games with lots of variety
Great games with lots of variety. Welcome bonus was generous. i pd $10 and they matched. However, ive done a lot of online gambling, and this had one of the lowest win/loss ratios ive experienced. I didnt track it but the twenty went in a flash. Tried several games wwith different styles and minimum bet and rarely had a match that paid over the bet. Dont believe i hit and big wins muchless a bonus. I unserstand casinos are there to make money and i never expect to leave with what i put in, but tease me a little. Some win streaks here and there to keep me interested! Dont think ill be back.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and we're glad you enjoyed the game variety and the welcome bonus! 🎮🎁 We're sorry the results weren't on your side this time. 😔 Every game outcome is completely random and comes from established game providers, so some sessions will be quieter than others, and we know that can be disappointing. Your feedback means a lot and we'll share it with the team. 💜 If you ever decide to give us another try, we'd love to have you back, and our support team is always here if you have any questions. 🍀

Great casino, but..
Great casino! Tons of reputable games. Redemption is fast. The welcome deals are elite. However, I honestly don’t see myself coming back too often due to the Pack prices, it doesn’t seem worth it. Outside of that, it’s generally a great casino in my opinion and u would recommend if you can manage to afford the obsurd pack prices.

Hi there 👋
Thank you for the detailed review and for the kind words about our games, redemptions and welcome deals! 🎰⚡ It's great to hear that these parts of the experience stood out for you.
We also appreciate your honest feedback on pack pricing 💬 and we'd love to point you to our special bundles available in our Store 🔥 that may be more suited to your preferred games. We also have Build Your Own Bundle option in the Store 🛠️ Instead of a fixed pack, you choose the amount that suits you, and the bundle is built around it.

Total scam
I really liked this casino at first. Went to make my first withdrawl which was through plaid. Hours later I received an email saying my withdrawl was rejected and to pick a different payout method. That would be fine but it the said my account can't make withdrawls even though my account is verified. Reached out to support and was told it was under review with no timeline of a resolution. They since have stopped responding. Total scam avoid this casino!

Hi Erin 👋
Thank you for your feedback. In full transparency, we would like to share the details of this situation.
Every account goes through a standard review. Being verified ✅ is one part of it, but the account must also be in good standing under our Terms and Conditions. Our fraud prevention systems 🛡️ identified a breach of our one account per player rule, which was then confirmed by a manual review from our team. For this reason, the withdrawal could not be processed.
Reviews like this require careful checks, and we do not share details while an investigation is still open.
The investigation is now complete and confirmed that multiple accounts were created and used, in breach of our Terms and Conditions. As a result:
🔒All your accounts were permanently closed
💳 Your full deposit has been refunded to your original payment method, so you have not lost any money you paid in.
A formal notice with the full details has been sent to you by email 📧
