i've tried many silk bonnets and even satin bonnets from Amazon that are better than this one. not good functionally, or with the way it looks on either. it's simultaneously too big for my head and too small for my hair. i'm surprised by the lack of 1-3 star reviews on their website and this makes it very suspicious that those are getting deleted by Blissy. and their return policy is whack. 60 days but needs to be unused? if they really believed in their product they would let you try it for the amount of days and have a money back guarantee. i really tried to give it a chance but there are a million other bonnets that are better, real silk, and half the price.

i will say that i do love their pillowcases and have bought 12 of them, but because of my experience with the bonnets, i will not be supporting this company any longer.

As a long time, repeat customer, it pains me to write this review.

The products are good, however customer service if something goes wrong, is appalling.

On my latest order they sent me the wrong size pillowcase. When I contacted them to explain, they expect me to pay to return the incorrect item, and only once they receive it back will they send the correct item.

Summary: they made a mistake and expect me to pay to fix it.

I now only keep and sleep with the best pillowcases that were ever invented-Thank you Blissy.

Easy to find new things. I have 38D bust - please keep that in mind.

Not impressed in the slightest. The quality just isn't good, which is why it is much cheaper than good quality silk pillowcases. They had a great deal so I ordered 14 items but when I opened the box I couldn't believe how cheap the quality was and immediately logged in to send everything back. After I sent them back via fedex, I still hadn't seen a refund after two months, so contacted them. They said they Never got the items. Wow... okay. And at this point, which was after Christmas, I knew it would be difficult to find the fedex tracking info, let alone the receipt after two months. It took me another 3 weeks and several phone calls to Blissy, who continued to say the package never arrived, but I finally found the tracking info and saw that FedEx did indeed deliver it months ago. When I presented the tracking info, receipt and photo evidence that Fedex said it was delivered, then Blissy suddenly "found" my package. It took several more weeks but I finally got my refund, minus shipping costs. With Cheap product and shady shenanigans regarding my return, I would not trust Blissy's claims nor anything they create. One of the worst companies I have had to deal with - Never again!

Trash quality. I bought 4 and within 18 months two of the pillow cases ripped along the zippers. They offered me 45% off since it was just over a year and out of warranty. Do not buy this trash quality product and awful customer service.

Nice pillowcases but they make my head sweat horribly. Ended up giving away. Back to cotton

My hair is unruly curly, and the Blissy pillowcases keep my hair soft and untangled, I wake up WITHOUT a fright wig after sleeping! I purchased during a sale and got 4 more for myself- I had 2, and now I don’t worry about not having a clean one ready each week! (It was an early gift to myself!)

These are the best pillow slips I have ever had. We have had a problem with pillow slip smells but Blissy doesn't hold odors. My hair is long and seems to look better also.

Love love love these products. My first pillow case was given to me as a gift and now I give them as gifts too. Everyone should have at least one. I now have a few and my first one was used until the zipper fell off. It was fun to buy astrology signs for people and have them be unique and special. Will definitely buy more.

Good quality fabric if care instructions are followed. Was the perfect gift.
