Package never arrived

Package never arrived. Tracking number could not be link to DHL or UPS. They refused info on what company delivered it. Tried to get me to pay shipping to resent it. And refused the info needed to report the stolen or lost package in Canada. Claimed it was delivered but providing track web suite said it was 3 days after leaving customs( no travel after customs).... It takes ANY pack 5 day to get to my northern community. Out right criminals.... I am still waiting for them to refund my order. The international shipping company(China) used will no answer my emails

!SCAMMER ALERT!

Why is there no option for zero stars! They don't deserve one! This is scamming site. You get nothing, they take your money and thats all. Garbage scammers! On top of that, they advertise on YouTube, "where they got me", tik tok, insta,... all over.

Be carefull, you would think that because you found them advertising on YouTube or another huge platform, that they'll be legitimate. Unfortunately they big platforms don't care because I still see the ads.
