My money was taken from my account 2…

My money was taken from my account 2 August - immediately upon ordering (they had time for that) but I have yet to receive, or hear about my order.

Thank you for your review. The payment is processed automatically depending on the payment method you chose. If you paid by card, the amount is charged immediately — this is something we unfortunately cannot control.
