Although I was warned about the pain when first put the drops in, it would still be nice if it didn’t happen. Otherwise, no problems except blurring for about 30 min, after drops.

My first experience was not great at all! First off, there was quite a bit of miscommunication between my doctor at, my health insurance, and BlinkRx. My doctor stated that I had three options for my eye drops, a 40-day supply, a 90-day supply, or a 120-day supply, and there was a cost provided for each of these options. When I contacted BlinkRx, I requested the 120-day supply and was told that the insurance only approved the 90-day supply and so I then requested a 90-day supply, but was told that my doctor had only submitted a subscription for the 40-day supply and that I would need to contact her to send a new prescription for the 90-day supply. On 3/18/26, I received a text message from BlinkRx that my prescription price had been updated and so I logged into the website and saw that there was a 120-day supply available for $79.00 and so I selected that option and paid for it online, thinking that the insurance must have approved of the 120-day supply after all, since that was what the BlinkRx online form was indicating. Unfortunately, when I received my online receipt after paying for it, my online receipt stated that I only purchased a 40-day supply for $79.00. I then called BlinkRx and spoke to a representative who cancelled the order for me. I said to him that I would like to then purchase the 90-day option that I was told was approved by my insurance and he told me that we would have to wait until the cancellation went through in order to purchase it. Unfortunately, the very next day I received a message that the 40-day supply that I canceled and had been "Shipped," so I called back and spoke with a different representative that said I could submit a refund request, since they shipped something that was only a 40-day supply when the BlinkRx online form said I was purchasing a 120-day supply and because I called and cancelled the order before it shipped. He said that the request would go through after the prescription arrived at my house. Once I received the wrong prescription order in the mail, I called back to inquire about the refund request and was told that the request had been denied because it had already shipped (What???), so I pushed back and said that even though it was not my fault that the BlinkRx online form misinformed me about the amount that I was purchasing and that it was also not my fault that they shipped an order that I had canceled. He told me that the decision was final and there was not a possibility of having the refund request reevaluated. In addition to BlinkRx not correcting their own mistakes I had several phone calls with representatives that were challenging because some of the representatives I talked to did not understand English well and because the BlinkRx automatic phone system was glitchy. There were a couple of representatives that were nice and that were competent in English, but what they explained to me regarding the cancellation and the refund request proved to be incorrect). I have never experienced such difficulty trying to simply order and pay for a prescription at a pharmacy and was quite frustrated that BlinkRx did not fix mistakes that were made on their end. Hopefully this information will be used to make much needed improvements in communication and service!

All was good but I wish I could use the eye drops but it feels like hot sauce was dropped in my eyes.

Everyone I spoke to was very caring, and knowledgeable. I was so thankful and relieved they were able to fill this very expensive prescription for me at no charge.

Overpriced meds and poor customer service. My spouse Dr recommended BlinkRx for an expensive med with high co-pay. BlinkRx turned out to be much higher than we were charged at local chain drugstores (over twice the goinfg rate). BlinkRx tried to talk her into some kind of installment plan at the high price rather than finding a lower one. It was difficult to talk to anyone there and she finally went with another service that was much less expensive and more reliable than Blink. No she is trying to negotiate another prescription with similar problems. It seems that BlinkRx has convinced providers that hey are low-cost, but when the patient uses them, the results are very different. Although i put a date bellow, this actually went on for weeks.

I love that the Miebo doesn’t sting my eyes like Restasis. I love the way it feels.

hopelessly stupid people work at BlinkRx. I'm trying to get my script switched to my new doctor and Blink is not taking care of this. This relatively simple request overwhelmed the last idiot I spoke with and he hung up.

Communications early on regarding shipment of the eye drops via text messages and emails were very helpful since I'm concerned about exposure to heat. I was impressed with the care in the packaging of the product -- the box of eyedrops was inside a larger box and protected from heat with ice packs.

Great service. The person that took my order was knowledgeable and very easy to understand. The order came in 2 days which was great.

From the minute of the eyedrop prescription was sent through to arriving at my front door absolutely seamless. The order the timeliness all of it I wish other pharmacies would be this efficient.

I tried to sign up on line three times and it never worked. I had to call to get signed up and the person I spoke too could not answer my questions. They said when they knew the final costs they’d get back to me. That hadn’t happened. The drops sting a lot.

My Dr. prescribed a new medication that my insurance wouldn't cover. When I told him about the situation, he sent the prescription to Blinkrx, which filled and shipped it to me without a problem for far less money than listed on Goodrx. It was a super easy experience.
