Lousy Customer Service
After calling Blink 2 times and being told that they never received the prescription so I reached out to the provider and they resent. Now Blink says that my prescription requires a pre-authorization and they are working on it???? Looked on my insurance web portal and there are no requests for authorization. Constant run around and delays are effecting my health. This review will NOT produce any positive response because all they do is reply with a "script/canned" answer.

Not very impressed.
I didn't experience any great improvement over my regular dry eye drops. It was very inconvenient to have to refrigerate, especially since I travel frequently. They may have given me headaches. I discontinued use.
