Misleading sizing advice – They hide behind "Standard Policies" to cover errors
I am extremely disappointed with Blini Fashion House. I provided my exact measurements before purchasing, and they explicitly assured me that their "Size M" would fit.
When the dress arrived, it was impossible to wear. The hips measured only 93cm—a massive 11cm difference from what was promised.
In their final response to me, they tried to dismiss this by stating that "ready-made garments... may require minor adjustments." Calling an 11cm discrepancy a "minor adjustment" is absurd and deceptive. You cannot "adjust" a dress that is two sizes too small at the hips.
They also claimed there is 'no legal or factual basis for a refund,' ignoring their false consultation. While they privately admitted the item was 'standard stock,' they hid behind an automated PayPal decision that was only closed due to a technicality regarding the item's category. Instead of acting with integrity and acknowledging the sizing error, they chose to exploit a procedural error to keep my money.
The customer service is unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability for their sizing error, they made comments about my body shape to explain away the fit.
Conclusion: They will tell you a size fits just to make the sale, but as soon as the item arrives and doesn't match their promise, they will hide behind "policies" and automated payment disputes. Save your 500-1000$ and shop elsewhere.
