Great customer support

Missing files they said were included

I purchased the Paper Rip Transitions pack and when I downloaded it, it was missing the Davinci Resolve files.
In their website, in the product page, it says clearly that it is compatible with Davinci Resolve and includes the files.

I sent them an email immediately explaining the issue but after 1 month I continue without a reply from them. Just silence.

Very bad experience.

Blindusk the perfect tool for video editors

For more than 6 months I was looking for video presets to develop my business. When I came across Blindusk, my videos changed completely for the better, and this had a big positive impact on my customers' feedback.
Blindusk is easy to use, and the customer service team is always on hand if any problems arise.
