Blindingly bad - terrible fitting, nothing worked, still issues months later
Before I mention the mess this is critical. When the sales guy came all the prices were discussed with no VAT - but of course that wasn't mentioned - shady practice to say the least.
You have to avoid this company, not one thing they did was correct, ignored the brief, got measurements out by such a large amount it looked like guess work, fitted everything wrong, missed part of the shipment.
It was a joke from start to finish.
Remote controlled blinds still don't work but we've now given up.
Cowboys the lot of them.
Footnote. They are now denying it was them, well at least we know where Boris ended up. It absolutely WAS them and nothing here has been exaggerated. This is exactly how they handled the job.
talk to your fitters they did a living room and a bar in Henley. 9 visits and still it doesn't work.
