I have been requesting a supervisor from customer service to call me back for over a week. Ive called 2x and spoke to people who couldnt help me regarding a pricing issue and advised that a supervisor would call me back as soon as they got in. My order was pricey and Im not being treated as a valued customer. I purchased a few blinds in the past as well.

The installer did a great job and he was professional.
The person who measured for the blinds was not courteous. He complained that the representative from the store did not include measuring windows in the living room and so, he did not measure them.

My verticals would not close and they were installed crooked. I had someone come back the next day (Friday) to fit it. He had to take them back and said he would call me and update me what needs to be done. I have called the store3 times now and still do not have an answer as to what is going on with my blinds. Every time I call they say they will call me back but never do.

Order and install was flawless
Order and install was flawless. However, disappointed with the quality of the shades at the end close to the roller. You can see the end of the fabric, its frayed and does not look very nice.
