Sales and installation both were professionally done. Installer Rick provided detailed instructions as to how to use the motorized shades and remote. I am still waiting for instructions as to how to save a favorite position for the shades as the instructions did not have them.

Don't even think about spending your money here

Pretty terrible service from the very beginning. My shop at home rep said it would take 2 to 3 weeks tops. BTW I never heard from her again. One month 18 days later, I got an email saying my product was in. I scheduled the installation. The installer was nice, Unfortunately because the manufacturer was changed, didn't know how to install the roller shades. Never mind that the manufacturer did it backwards (and I had two people measure it). Also the shutters didn't fit the window and I was missing a valance for blinds. Three out of five wrong. So here it is three weeks later and I haven't heard a peep from anyone. And forget trying to call the store. Once you have shop at home - the store washes their hands and you are on your own. Worst experience ever, - and I still haven't heard a word about when I will get my product

All looks good

All looks good, happy with the service man and the look of my blinds now.
The only thing I was not happy was he did not remove empty boxes from my house and told me it is against your department policy !
This is in heard of.

Wonderful expericence.

The folks in the store where great. Very helpful and pleasant. Bart, the guy who installed my blinds was fantastic. He was quick, profession and pleasant. My only issue is that the warehouse messed up my order. They sent the wrong blinds so I had to go 3 weeks with the wrong blinds. The installer got on it right away with the store and was so apologetic.

My honeycomb shades don't filter light well enough; glare still comes in. I chose a light fabric, but wasn't told that the sun would still come through strongly. The consultant didn't ask me what direction the windows faced, and that would've helped. I'm very dissatisfied with these shades. It's like not having any light control at all. I was offered new shades at a discount, but that would involve spending even more money.
