Delivered to wrong address

Delivered to wrong address. Right house number, wrong street. Had to wait for residents at the delivery location to bring the package to me. All attempts to contact shipper and Blinds To Go failed. Repeatedly told that package was delivered!! It was but to an unknown WRONG address!!!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Or at least it was up there!

There was a mix up in my measurements which then created months and months of confusion and back and forth and work delayed. Also, getting a hold of someone from the actual store was never, ever easy. If I called and didn't know someone's extension, a message would actually say, "Thank you. GOODBYE." and then hung up on me. Imagine that going on for months and months. Someone would call me back if I complained to the head office, butif I tried to get a hold of someone in the store where my order was made, it was either frustrating or like climbing Mt Everest. It was a laughably bad experience. Eventually, that was the attitude I took: Another problem would arise, and I would just laugh at how absurd it all was. I would never, ever buy blinds from this company ever again

In store service was good but sales…

In store service was good but sales lady unable to give me estimated price as to how much blinds were sold as to per blind, per yard, per feet, etc.

Hi there, we apologize but our consultants do not have access to that kind of information in the showrooms. They can provide a price per blind but the internal computer system keeps track of sizing and the cost difference internally when trying to figure out which size is which price. I am happy with the order and the customer service representatives. But, your name is Blinds to Go; it took 2 and a half months to get them made and installed so I think your store name does not represent the untimeliness.
