Beware of Blinds to Go — no warranty at all

Hey @BlindsToGo, you advertise a 'Lifetime Warranty' on your custom blinds, but your team is refusing to fix a manufacturing defect in my order. I paid for quality window treatments and got zero accountability. Salesperson who came out to sell me more blinds agreed that one of the first blinds I bought less than a year ago had a mfc defect and then reversed course. Buyers beware: they do not stand behind their products! #BlindsToGo #CustomerServiceFail #ConsumerRights"

Blinds with Peace of Mind

Having been in sales for many years, I've learned that it's easy to tell the difference between a good company and a great one. I've been using Blinds To Go for our corporate offices for the past few years, and they have been outstanding from start to finish.

My sales representative, the measurer, and the installer have all been professional, knowledgeable, and committed to getting the job done right. They even came back for a second measurement to ensure everything was perfect, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail and customer service.

The entire process has been seamless, and the quality of both the product and the service has consistently exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Blinds To Go without hesitation and will continue to use them for future projects.

Everyone I dealt with was professional

Everyone I dealt with was professional, extremely knowledgeable and personable. Drapes look great. My only suggestion is to provide installer with a streamer to eliminate wrinkles once drapes are hung. Will definitely recommend.

As a follow-up to my review, it is my understanding that Blinds to Go will consider my suggestion re proving installers with a steamer to eliminate wrinkles once drapes are hung,

Unacceptable. Submitted response to Avon/Stoughton

Submitted a response to Stoughton, Ma last week. No response. Extremely disappointed with the two shades ordered and installed. Quality of the roller, fabric, mechanism are cheaply made. KITCHEN - shade fabric not installed incorrectly on roller, hem is wide, not fitted with tightly weighted rod, no end caps, cord is heavy, mechanism loud and flimsy and noisy. BEDROOM - no tension on roller, hem is wide, not fitted with tightly weighted rod, no end caps. What is Blinds To Go Avon/Stoughton MA store going to do about my concerns. I have ordered many shades from this store, all were great. Not this order. at a cost of $600+. Unacceptable. Expect to hear from Blinds To Go Avon/Stoughton MA.
Staff is fine. It's the factory's manufacturing/quality of these shades/product. SM

Arlindo was great

Arlindo, our installer was great, but 3 blinds and 1 shade needed to be returned. Calls to the Stoughton showroom were successful when connected through the main number, otherwise did not receive call back when I directly called store

Room darkening go up crooked

The installation was great! The living room looks great. However, the room darkening blinds in the bedroom go up crooked. Very annoying!

The blinds were delivered broken or with missing pieces. We are still waiting to receive and reinstall the blinds even though the original installation was approximately over 6 weeks ago

This was a wonderful experience :
store manager, customer service, product selection, price and quality, in-home custom fit and installation and immediate follow-up and "fix" when I had a minor issue with one of the blinds. All in-home visits were on-time with a very friendly, neat and competent service person. Highly recommend your product and Stoughton, Massachusetts store ! Thank-you !

given the problems w/ deliveries.
