I willingly came to write a review of this company who I use online. I was shocked to see they weren’t 5* -
I have used this company 4 times and have more or go! I have had all issues addressed, any problem resolved immediately, with professionalism and kindness.
For me, I cannot think of any reason to ever use anyone else: Blind-Heaven in eBay!

Great service
Popped in yesterday to try to obtain some replacement plastic clips to re-secure the covers to my blinds the window fitters had broken.
A young dark haired lady was soon on hand to help, she popped over to factory and came back with a handful for me- great service, she was also able to offer a solution to a large blind the window fitters had damaged as well
Showroom was immaculate
