The method of moving the blind really needs a catch on the cross bar so as to be able grip easier with a pole .I modified an old pole head to grip it better . The assembly video glossed over an important issue of fitting the sidebar and runner and showed it to be simpler than it was in practice. The blind works well and is extremely useful.
Received 4 faulty blinds out of 4 ordered. Customer service is inexistent, the replied my emails after 5 days saying 'I'd have to pay £14.95 for postage if I wanted to return their damaged product. Put in now in the hands of my bank. Should have listened to the people that have left bad reviews and ordered somewhere else. Now I find myself with 4 boxes of junk in my house, waiting for the bank to help me with the dispute.
