I really like the blinds. However the pull chord is way too short, so I can't reach them to open or shut them without a ladder! I am 5'2". The blinds are a 2 m 40 drop. The pull chords are 2m 20 from the floor, so I can't reach them. The blinds are very nice however, and were easy to install. I guess I will have to modify them.

Good quality and delivered early. Look lovely in my kitchen. The fittings weren’t great though and had to use our own wall plugs.
The main product ( the blinds were reasonable quality however, the pull cords and the wall attachment to wind the cord around for safety were of poor quality. I think the entire product was overpriced.
