All good. The only negative element was fitting the blind to the brackets - quite difficult and tight. On the upside it's not likely to fall off.

Overall very pleased with purchase of day and night blind with remote control for bathroom. Husband had a hell of a job clipping the blind unit into the mounting and says it isn't coming down! Remote set up takes a bit of figuring out as the instructions aren't brilliant, we ended up watching a You Tube video which was really good. The only moan is that I couldn't find any information on the website about the remote control unit so I wasn't aware that it would need to be charged in situ which is not ideal for a bathroom (we can work round it luckily, but others might need to be aware). I emailed customer services to ask where the information was on the website and was sent a Word document which gives more information - the person who sent it didn't seem to know if it was on the website or not but I couldn't find it. Apparently the battery that runs the motor should last 6-12 months and needs to be purchased elsewhere (ie the information says Timpsons) so it'll be fun trying to sort that out (not) and nowhere does it say what that battery is called, just that it's similar to a watch battery but larger so I guess it needs to be removed to figure it out. The blind itself looks really lovely and fits the purpose of giving us privacy when we want it and can be opened right up when we don't. I'm just not sure I'd go down the remote control route again - it's a lot of money for what I envisage might turn out to be a lot of hassle - but I am a bit of a pessimist - so I hope to be pleasantly surprised.
