Great Venetian and Roller Blinds

Recently had Venetian and Roller blinds installed in our new house. The team were so easy to deal with, turned up when the said they would, did a seamless installation and took their rubbish with them. All the blinds look great. Would highly recommend them

A very nice company

A very nice company. Happy to help over the phone and when a small issue was found, it was quickly resolved. Product (spring loaded blinds) were also very good too.

An independent business I couldn't…

An independent business I couldn't recommend more. I was looking for blinds to match the others in my house, though soon learnt after they were discontinued. Not to worry as Helen was quick to get in touch and provide me some great (and honestly virtually identical) alternatives that I would have likely never found without her expertise. Blinds were delivered within the same week and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Excellent and friendly communication, excellent product knowledge, and the blinds are pretty good too!

Overall happy with our purchase

Very petty coloured slats (White Diamond) on our new blind which goes perfectly with our decor.
Quite costly for the size but this is because we opted for Literise function.
Blind arrived 5 days ahead of schedule.
Deducted one star because the only instructions supplied were for the regular type of blind that uses a wand closure. We had no instruction how to tilt the blinds once down. Pushing the blind up and pulling it down was very straight forward and it stayed at the position it was pulled down to. The issue was just how to tilt the slats. My husband did manage to work it out eventually but time could’ve been saved if relevant instructions had been included.
The blind hasn’t been installed yet so I cannot comment on how easy that is.
Overall we are pleased with our purchase.

Dinosaur Blind

Really impressed with the blind and the customer service we received!

The box packaging was badly damaged in transit but thankfully the blind wasn’t damaged itself.

The price for the size we needed was a lot lower than other sites too!

My questions were answered in detail to get exactly the measurements I needed along with relevant photos of brackets etc. Lots of really helpful communication and fast responses to emails
Multiple samples helped to pin down the cloth and great information on availability along with recomendations for the bottom bar and the exact dimensions to fit.
Blinds arrived exactly as promised and were easy to install.
All in all a great service and a pleasure to deal with.I would highly recommend.

Inadequate samples packaging …

Samples requested not adequately packaged. Arrived damaged and some missing. Having spoken to the Company, it seems this was a Royal Mail problem. The the Company was responsive and attentive and keen to resolve.

We always recommend ordering fabric samples because of the limitation of digital colour representation. Digital screens use RGB colour which can't reproduce all colours which means that some colours might not be accurately displayed on your mobile/tablet or desktop.

By ordering fabric swatches through our online store you are able to see the true colours and textures of the fabric which can help in making a more informed decision.

Our blind was faulty when arrived, we've contacted blinds boutiques, and we got a replacement straight away.
Everything was done without any effort. Very good service I will definitely use this company again.

First class service

The blinds are exactly what I wanted and I’m very pleased with them. We found the brackets a little tricky to fit so rang the given phone number. The owner dealt with our problem and was extremely helpful and patient as we asked questions. She phoned back with the information we needed as promised. First class service.
