Placed an order yesterday 28/09/26 the customer service is shocking.they refused to change my order from a left hand pull to right hand pull this morning within an 8 hour period.when it's not getting delivered till October 8th which is over a week ago.the terms state eith any alteration to phone as soon as possible to which I did at8am today and there was no cooperation to help the company only cares about profit rather than to help and adhere to standards

The only blind company I use
The only blind company I use. The website is easy to navigate with helpful information on measuring. The blinds are excellent quality and delivery is very quick. I have had 10 blinds from this company and am very pleased with them.

Good colour range and quality
The samples are a good size to be able to choose the colour and finish that works. This is the second time ordering (last year kitchen blind, this year for the bathroom) and just as pleased.

Ordering and up dates for completion of the order was fine. How notifying us of delivery was not that good. We were notified the day before it was due to be delivered. Has we were away at the time the parcel was left out side for over a week. Luckily you had wrapped it very well and no damage was caused. But a little more time to have the delivery redirected would have helped.
Having said all this your blind is excellent and so easy to put up. I have recommended you to other people.
