I ordered a full house of Venetian blinds and two bathroom blinds. 8 x Venetian blinds 2 x roller blinds for my bathrooms. Came to fit my blinds didn’t have my bathroom blinds. Then eventually came with them weeks later and it wasn’t the right blinds they’ve fitted. Every single blind does not fit any of my windows and none of them close properly. I tried to resolve this within the company without any luck. When they visibly clearly don’t fit my windows or close. I’m having to go through small claims court to get this resolved. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Good prompt service from ordering to delivery. The product was easy to install and looks great.

Blind was made to measure and was delivered on time blind had more structured build to it top quality will be back again

clearly didnt need my business! i have been trying to order blinds with this company for around 2 wks they dont answer the phone to you & when they say they will call you back they dont also the card they left with colour of blinds they dont sell so why leave that card glad i hadnt paid any deposit

Very poor customer service because they do not respond to any communications!
Placed an order a month ago and did not receive. Money taken from bank. No update on tracking. I have not had a response from Email, online chat l, Facebook messenger and they are not answering the phone! I will have to now go through the bank to get my money back and shop elsewhere.
Do not recommend.

The blinds are lovely. However the cord on one of them is too long, not sure if it can be shortened.

Beautiful well made blind . I looked everywhere for something with a bit of sparkle and this definately delivered! I love it . Beautiful colour and the black / silver glitter mix is stunning .

Fantastic company! great service from start to finish. paid for blinds for my house to find out same day i was moving, called up and was able to hold the money towards blinds in my new house. Fitter was unable to come to me due to my busy work schedule and owner came himself at weekend to measure up for me and was extremely helpful😊. blinds great quality, fast fitting and fantastic prices. wouldn’t go anywhere els now.

If you are looking for quality and affordable blinds this is the right place to get them from as we are very happy with our new blinds.

We will be getting more blinds from this company because we only ordered two just to see the quality of the blinds and they were 100% top notch.

I've purchased my blinds from blind logic for a good few years now and from start to finish their service is excellent. Had a problem with 1 of the blinds I purchased recently and they had it worked out and a new 1 to me within 2 days, the staff are lovely and go above and beyond for their customers.

Came across BL after extensive search for a large roller blind. Order was nice and easy, and got a call to confirm a slight adjustment would be required on the measurements.

Very polite and efficient. Item arrived within 2 or 3 days and is exactly as described. Installed and working a treat.
