Blessing Transport Service is actually a reliable agency. They arranged my private transfer during my stay in Indonesia in a perfect way, responding to my requests and necessities. Kind, professional and available persons. Great experience for my first time in this wonderful Country.

We had a fantastic experience with Blessing Transport Service. Our group of seven from Thailand booked a 3-day tour to explore Mount Bromo, Kawah Ijen, and Madakaripura Waterfall.

Communication was seamless from the start. I contacted the company via WhatsApp, and the owner, Alfan, responded promptly with a clear price quote and helpful answers to all my questions.

Payment via credit card was smooth, with a 50% deposit upfront and the remainder paid upon arrival. Their website also clearly outlines the cancellation policy.

Alfan personally greeted us at the airport with a warm, polite welcome. The van was clean, comfortable, and equipped with convenient USB charging ports. Our driver, Mr. Dian, was outstanding—punctual, funny, and very knowledgeable about the area. Since he speaks good basic English, communicating with him throughout the trip was effortless.
We had a great time over the entire three days and highly recommend Blessing Transport Service!

It was 2-day transfer from Malang to Cemono Lawang and then to Banyuwangi, with a stop to Madakaripura. We are a family of 4. Dian, the driver, was exceptional. He is a very experienced driver and thanks to him we managed our time and our activities much better. He was polite, open, friendly and we enjoyed his company. He played the music children liked all the way. But above all, we felt very safe.

Mr Dian went above and beyond to ensure our family was well-taken care of and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful country without having to worry about logistics.

We found Blessing Transport Services faultless right from the initial contact asking for cost right through to our actual transfer from Mt Bromo. A very professional organization with great communication and equally as good drivers.

From the very beginning everything was perfectly organized. We were warmly welcomed directly at Surabaya Airport and also dropped off there again at the end of the trip. Before the tour, Alfan helped us plan and optimize the route together, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

A very special thank you to our driver, Mr. Dian. He is a wonderful person — always respectful, kind, calm and with a great sense of humor. We spent several days together and always felt comfortable. He was also a very safe driver, which made all the long drives feel relaxed and enjoyable.

The tour included Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, and the unforgettable Blue Fire night tour at Ijen (Kawah Ijen). Some parts of the trip, like the waterfall and Ijen tours, were organized by Alfan with local guides — every guide was super friendly, informative and made the experience even better.

Everything worked out perfectly, including timing and logistics. Even when our flights changed unexpectedly, communication was excellent and the trip continued smoothly.

The car was always clean, very spacious and comfortable, which made a huge difference during the longer drives. Another highlight: all the restaurants chosen by Dian were absolutely delicious — we enjoyed every stop.

All in all, this was an incredible experience and one of the highlights of our Indonesia trip. We collected so many wonderful memories and are very grateful for the care and effort that went into organizing everything.

The scenery of sunrise in Mt. Bromo is breathtaking, all my friends enjoyed the trip and with first time experience staying in a national park without electricity where electricity supply only from 5pm to 10pm. Mr. Dien our driver is very experience and always with smiling face. Overall the itinerary is exciting but it would be a more relax if were to have extra day in village Bromo and in Surabaya city.
