Not even 1 Star. I placed an order for a bottle blender in May 25 and I haven’t received anything. I tried to make contact via email, but the email bounced back. They are scammers!

DO NOT ORDER from this company

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I ordered a Blendelle blender bottle in May 25 and still not received it. I received a tracking no but it doesn’t exist. I emailed then several times and I have had no reply. I have now went to my bank to try and claim my money back

Sham of a company

I also ordered from this company via TikTok & have yet to receive anything. I’ve sent 3 emails asking for an update & in the final one I asked for a refund. None were answered. I advise anyone else in the same position to contact their bank or credit card company for a refund. Sham of a company.

Absolute rubbish customer service and obviously a scam. Over 3 weeks and nothing delivered !

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. Cancelled subscription before the end of the trial 3 years ago, got a confirmation of cancellation but they keep withdrawing €9.99 from my account every month. No response to any support tickets or emails whatsoever. They just keep withdrawing.

Je hebt een account bij iTunes. Log uit en weer in met de knop "doorgaan met apple" en niet met je e-mailadres.

Terrible app

Terrible app, I contacted them several times by email that I wanted to cancel, never got any answers. They still take money of my account every month and to make it even worse I could not even use the app or read any of their magazines. I want stop this illegal scam but dont know how? Tried looking on the internet for a contactnumber but didnt find anything? What can I do?
Update: Would be very nice if Blende also mentions where I can reach their support team?? Email or phonenumber?? Since I cant use the app and the money is still taken of my bankaccount? Suzanne from the Netherlands

We are very surprised by your remark. As mentioned in our FAQ, the cancellation is free of charge and can be done with one click by yourself, or by reaching out to our support.
Saying that we never got back to you is also not true, as we have a support team that takes care of all requests.

Don't do it!!

Don't do it!!
Had a subscription to Blendle years ago when you still had to buy credits to read articles. Without my permission, Now they collect each month € 9.99 starting from June 2021. They don't respond to my emails, keep sending reminders and they certainly don't provide proof that I have a subscription

On 22/05/2021, you subscribed for a two weeks trial followed by a monthly payment of 9,99€. As mentioned by my colleague during your email exchange on 22/11/2021, your permission was given when you activated the offer (he sent you screenshots about it).
As requested, we have cancelled your subscription and the emails you are receiving concern the payment that you have disputed before of reaching out to us to cancel your subscription sooner.
I hope that this clarifies the situation.

You emailed us yesterday and today again and indeed I just saw that we didn't have the time to answer them yet, for that I can only apologise.

Robbing my bank account

In the past I paid for some separate articles from Blendle. Now suddenly they withdraw money illegaly from my account, without me ever taking a subscription, and without any authorization.

Let this be a warning to everyone: never give any personal information to blendle, certainly not the number (IBAN) of your bank account. Make sure you never have anything to do with these people!
