This company is a total scam. I thought it was a British company with showing a British flag on it. No way, it's Chinese. Received my order yesterday7 /7/25, two dresses that were beautiful in the advert. What I got was so inferior in quality that the package came through the letterbox.Don't ever order anything off Facebook, they're cheating you out of your money.Facebook should take them down but they won't.Ive no way of getting a refund so lost £68.

This company is a robbing theiving site, I ordered a dress when it arrived it was nothing like what I ordered it was an ugly version of what they were advertising, it had no label it had no size label it was a different material, there wasnt any return advice or invoice, and then they expect you to return it to china which would cost as much as the dress, avoid avoid avoid i gave them one star because you can't continue without rating them they are thieves I wouldn't rate them AT ALL

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this company. As others have commented, the quality is poor, sizing is small (3xl = Uk 18).
Then the returns process! Like many others I was not aware I would have to pay to return the item to China as I ordered from a uk website. I have finally had to settle for a 15% refund on a £40 jacket. I think the returns procedure is a strategy to stop returns and keep customers money. It is shameful and should not be allowed to operate in the uk.

I ordered a rain jacket from them weeks ago. I didn't receive an acknowledgement nor did I receive an order number. I did email them and got the order number. Jacket arrived today. Way way too small. I would certainly NOT advise anyone to use this substandard apology of a compa company

Do not use. Same experience as many others. Faulty item and all they come back (after taking months for a response) with is 30 day return policy. Don't waste your money. Poor quality and service.

Actually one star is too many. When I purchased from this company they had a UK website, so thought I was purchasing from the UK not China. The clothing arrived and was not great quality for £31.00, so I wanted to return it. I contacted Blend Apparel and was told I needed to return it to China. This company are misleading customers, as we think we are purchasing from a company INthe UK not China. I have now contacted my bank to assist getting my money back.

Terrible clothes and customer service! Has anyone sent their clothes back successfully and got a full refund? I spent £75 and they're offering me 10%!

If I could give a zero I would
Product shabby looked like rags when delivered (eventually)
Offered 10% of the price for an instant refund and keep the product
Full refund offered but said by the time you’ve paid for it to be returned to china (thought it was in the USA )
It wouldn’t be worth sending back
Or get a discount on a new different product
You’ve got to be joking never buying from these again
So people please save your money if something looks to good to be true it probably is

I have never had a worst experience with this company. Ordered back in December still not arrived. Told me it was delivered. It's not even in the right county and no luck getting a refund. I have escalated to PayPal. Stay far away from it.

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY unless you don't mind being ripped off and paying for very very poor quality goods. When you request a return slip you'll be offered 15% of the cost of the item to keep it. When this is not accepted you'll then be told that the item has to be shipped back to China at your cost and pointed out that there may be issues with customs so insurance is recommended at your cost. No refund until item gets to its destination, 'maybe never' I suspect. ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY.

Worst clothes I’ve ever bought!! Terrible fabric quality, awful sizing and basically you can’t return as they are in China and you can’t get a guaranteed postage cost. Never buy from these guys!!

I ordered a coat which looked fab online, whe. It was received it was completely different to the one I ordered. A different colour and cut, i was quite shocked. I reached out to the company via email and was asked to return and ship the item back to China. I asked if they would arrange and pay for this and I was told to view their returns policy. It was their digression. We had been emailing back and forth almost 5/6 times and still no clear cut answer. In a nutshell I paid for something THEY advertised, they failed to provide me with the product, so they should reimburse me completely not 25% of what I paid! I would not recommend ordering from this company as there is no accountability for what you purchase.

Be aware!! This company does not even deserve a star rating at all. My item received was nothing like the content served to me in social media. The overcoat was an awful material. I could not believe my eyes.

This is a scam company . Item took over 6 weeks to get to me . Nothing likre item in photo , Was supposed to be wool . Was cheap nylon , vastly undersized , Very expensive rag not fit for anything but the bin . Dont buy anything from this company. Would give no star if could . Doubt i will get refund either , Just Scam company

I gave it a one star as customer service did respond , paid £44 for a coat it was like a cheap dressing gown when it came , would cost £20 to return , so kept it and gave to a charity shop and they refunded 15% , honestly do not buy nothing like its picture

Delivery way too late and got delivered cheap t shirt instead of a jumper.

One of the worst shopping experiences ever. The women’s jumper resembles is nothing like the one that got delivered absolutely disgusting should not be allowed to operate. I will be contacting trade discrimination on this company.
