Loved it. Had this years ago but lost it in a move. Had an Amazon knock off for a while till I found this brand again. Bleam is sooo much better.
The ads all claimed that the stone removes hair like a laser. But it's not electric, and that's not how the human skin works. They just have a person use the stone on very hairy legs, shave in the spot the stone touched, and then overlay the new video. The lengths that people will go to get money is unbelievable.
I really wanted this product to work, but unfortunately it didn’t. When I tried it, it irritated my skin badly—my underarms and upper thighs were left with a strawberry-like rash and a burning sensation that lasted for a couple of days. For me, this product just didn’t work at all.
On their website, Bleame says “try us risk-free.” That is not true. It’s not risk-free if they won’t refund you when the product doesn’t work or causes problems. They also say they “stand behind their product,” but they definitely don’t. If they did, they would have given me a full refund for an actual problem I experienced—not just because I didn’t like it, but because it caused irritation and discomfort.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to give a full refund because the product was “used.” But there’s no way to know if the product works without using it. Instead, they only offered me 50% back to my original payment or 100% in store credit. I don’t want more products from them knowing how poorly this one worked for me.
I’m very disappointed with both the product and the company’s response. Based on my experience, I do not recommend it.
Of course, this is just my personal experience—everyone’s skin is different, and it might work for others. I can’t state this as a fact, but in my opinion, the positive reviews don’t seem genuine and may be paid or fake.
I would give zero stars if I could. This did NOT work at all. Complete waste of money, do not recommend. When I contacted the customer service they wanted me to send videos of my body to show that it didn’t work and that it was causing irritation and swelling. Which is completely invasive, after going back and forth with them for WEEKS!!!!! all they would give me is half of my money back. Don’t waste your money! And their site is so bogus, won’t let you leave reviews unless they are positive. Definitely, do not purchase!!!
*I tried this product in June 2025, but I’m reviewing it now because my review was deleted from their website.*
I was super excited to try Bleame, but unfortunately it left painful bumps over my skin without removing any hair. Yes, I did the patch test first — it didn’t remove any hair, but it didn’t leave bumps on my legs. And I couldn’t return it after that anyways even with the “satisfaction guarantee”, so I tried it on my upper body.
It took a month for the red bumps to disappear. I finally got a $20 refund after I returned a $50 order. The returns & label as safe for sensitive skin were misleading, as is their marketing.
I found the exact same product as the hair eraser at TJ Maxx for $4. It’s not a technology created by bleame, it’s a mass-produced product that they remarketed. Very disappointing.
This is the worst product I have bought on Instagram. I was so excited, and it ended up leaving my skin irritated, full of ingrown hairs and it was so painful. It felt like I had literally pulled out the outer layer of my skin. Please, stop selling dumb products that are very dangerous on Instagram unless they truly work. Not only for the waste of money, but most importantly, for it is very dangerous. I am glad I only used it behind my legs and not in more sensitive areas.
I originally was not happy with my order. I had paid for express shipping to get the item before an event and it was delayed by over 14 days. After contacting their team to discuss my malcontent, they corrected this by refunding the shipping fee and working with me to rectify the situation. The experience was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received!
Great experience! The Bleame team was really helpful when my package was lost (at fault of the delivery co) and was able to send me a new one quickly. I just tried the crystal hair eraser and I'm really pleased with how soft it makes my legs. The free exfoliating product was a nice bonus. I haven't figured out the perfect technique yet but I'm excited to keep trying and recommend to friends
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Covered in horrible burns. It feels like I shaved with sand paper.
What a lot of hype for so little result. DOES NOT WORK. Very difficult to get all the hair and leaves patches. I used exactly as recommended.
The best I can say is that it exfoliates, but does little for leg hair. Not worth it and pretty damned expensive! RIP OFF!
This product does NOT work for armpits or bikini lines. I followed the instructions to a T and I ended up bleeding, in pain, and balling my eyes out. I did everything the instructions said. While it worked on my legs, it takes more time than shaving. You have to use a lot of pressure for it to work, which is what gave my arm pits and bikini lines red bumps and irritation. It took me one week to get better after trying this product for 15 minutes. I love the thought of this product but I wish I didn’t spend $50 to feel bad.
I love it!!! I use it on my legs and it takes the hair off and exfoliates at the same time. You can use it almost everywhere *wink wink if you know what I mean. But my skin is really smooth!
The product does not work at all and the customer service has been ghosting us since we confirmed we wanted to return the products
I ordered from their site and it's been three weeks and my order hasn't shipped. I've emailed them, sent DMs on IG, left comments on their posts and they have yet to respond to me. However, they still keep sending me advertisement emails to buy more products. I was really looking forward to trying this product on but it seems like their customer service is non-existent. Leaving a review here in case someone will see it...
I purchased some products from Bleame last week, which was more of an impulse buy. But after I read some reviews, I changed my mind and decided to cancel the order. According to their cancellation policy, you have 24 hours to cancel, so I sent 2 emails within 24 hours, no answer. Today I get the message that the order is being shipped. I sent another email, but nothing. I'm pretty sure all the bad reviews here are accurate and their customer support is nonexistent.
I initially purchased a three-pack of this item. Figured I could gift the ones I did not use. I wasn’t impressed, to the point that I won’t gift that garbage to anyone. I did not bother with trying to return them, that’s just me. I chalked it up to a loss. Not even two weeks later I see an additional $29.99 deduction from my bank account. Mind you, these days you really have to look half a dozen times when you order ANYTHING online, because they’re all trying to sneak in a subscription that nobody wants. I did my thing. No subscription. And besides, with a subscription, you usually get more product. THIS is NOT the case. I had to contact my bank to try to settle this issue (so far they’re failing miserably), but this gypsy-esque scam of a conpany WILL take advantage of your financial information for their -at this point- ‘pet rock’ product. Save your money and aggravation, because this company is a scam. My initial purchase was on February 24th—$63.96 for three rocks that don’t do crap. Then additional $29.99 scam charge that my worthless bank let go through on March 10th. I am still trying to get this rectified. Save yourself the aggravation. Their product is worthless crap and the company is of highly unethical (un?) trustworthiness.
Absolutely horrible product and customer service. I contacted them to let them know that my left underarm burned and swelled. They had a nerve to try to push me to keep the product. After a few email exchanges, they offered 70% refund and 40 days to process. At this point, I am contacting my bank. I too have a small business and I am very accommodating to my customers. This company should not exist. The hair removal product is terrible.
Friction burn and no hair removal at all. Ended up throwing it away after two tries.
Just terrible. First I order a product in the first week of December and take two weeks to get shipped and then find out that it’s coming from China. I would’ve never bought anything from this company had I known it was coming from China.
Then the tracking is all whacked because it’s going through China tracking. There’s no sign of a delivery date or when it will get to the destination. Then one day I get an update that says it was out for delivery suddenly. It never gets delivered and the next day there’s an update that says Delivery failure with no explanation and no way to track whatever company was delivering it.
I would not buy anything from this company because you’ll never get it and it’ll never get to where you need it to go.
I don’t know how a company like this stays in business.
Wow i didnt know until my order went through and a couple days later I got some updates and turned out this place sells from China! I ordered in earlier December and it's almost Xmas and the product still hasn't gotten to the recipient and still held up in China somewhere. Had I known this company sold direct from China I would have never order this. Very deceptive not to tell you customers this would take weeks to arrive and that I gets shipped from China. Poor business practice. Never will I order from this company again!
