Easy, good looking and works well
I just installed Newsmatic after trying so many other themes and it slipped onto my site perfectly. I love how it works, it looks so much better than everything else I tried, it gives me so many options and after failing to find what I needed over the past couple of weeks, I'm happy to find this theme - and this company.

Great Customer Service!!
Contacted customer service through the live chat regaurding an issue I had customising a wordpress theme. Within no time at all they sent me some CSS code and it did exactly what I needed. Saved me a lot of time and stress!

Bugs and unclear refund policy
I bought one of their WordPress themes for my website. Unfortunately, there were several bugs (layout, slider) and rendering on mobile was disappointing. I asked for a refund which was refused. The mention "Risk Free 15 Days Money Back Policy" is misleading, the conditions are very restrictive! Bad experience.

Really enjoyed using the theme…
Really enjoyed using the theme Bazzinga. Blaze has a variety of themes. Where I wanted more flexibility I was able to use plugins - mainly in order to use different headers. Loved the simplicity of this theme which is marketed for corporate but worked great as a portfolio for me as a creative. And it’s flexible enough for my needs. When there was a glitch with my site that affected mobile navigation they fixed it for me in a day. Great service.
