Never heard or had an update of my order.

Complete scam.

PS : You know I was going to report you for not providing me refund or sending me the order. Jokes on you.

Desperately needed a copy of our artwork and they said they would send the next day. Didn’t respond for 3 days. We lost the large client for other very big project because of this.

Ordered a hoodie and it arrived within a day. It was perfect when it arrived - great quality and the printing was superb. Would 100% recommend

I ordered a DTG printed item and was really disappointed with what I received. The print was dull, blurry, and looked nothing like the product photos, just overall cheap and low quality. Definitely not what I expected for the price. When I contacted customer service, I was hoping for a reasonable solution. Instead, I got attitude and zero accountability. They were dismissive and unprofessional, making excuses instead of actually addressing the issue.

Most of the reviews are by the same people. Please be wary when bulk ordering as they aren’t as good at printing as they say they are. Products are washed out.

Was struggling to find a reliable print business for my clothing brand. Glad I found blanks which is Uk manufacturing so I’m not waiting months for my order

Ordered a sample recently & the turnaround time was amazing. Lots of companies out there taking weeks to create samples but the lads at blanksworks got it done within a week.
The ability to be able to use DTG printing makes things so much easier when sampling or creating a one-off piece. The print was vibrant print and placement was perfect. Wish id have found them sooner, top lads 🤘

Received a custom order and the print on items were split, Worn out and the wrong sizes I had asked for. Considering they pride themselves on being good quality the printing is extremely POOR and the fact they even sent them out in the first place shows they do not care about the customer or their experience just the money they receive. They DID NOT issue a refund and proceeded to IGNORE all calls, messages and emails. Their customer service is appalling and extremely unprofessional. All prints were different shades and washed out. I would give 0 stars if I could as you can tell it is run by someone who does not care about their customers and will send out items that are not what the customer has asked for. They will agree to sending items even tho they DO NOT have them and they will read your messages and not reply. This has happened to many others and can be found at seasonal blanks. The business does not deserve people’s money. AVOID!!!!

Awful customer service. Damaged products.

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Firstly, both prints on the 'Custom' t-shirts were damaged, split and such poor quality. The actual t-shirt quality wasn't bad at all (which is a shame)

I gave them a message on Instagram (6th September) and never heard back about this. They ignored all my messages, then finally replied saying they will get back to me and never did (That was over a week ago) - So over a month in total.

The fact they still sent these out in the first place is so poor.
