I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order of craft paper and cutting tools arrived, and the items were exactly as described on the website.

Good product . Arrived in good time. My only issue is that it would be good to have temperature and heating instructions with the products instead of having to go back online to find your product and get it that way. The products are second to none.

First of all I rated this company with 1 star as had not got my order after a week.. however I had a phone call to apologise for this even though was not there fault it was Royal Mails. She has sent another product that I ordered to rectify the issue. I rated very harshly and was not needed. Can’t ask for better customer service when they phoned me to rectify the issue.

The guys that work here are amazing, a cpl of times I have had an issue with using a code or had problems checking out my basket and one quick email to them and I am right back on track. Really fast service and all the products I have received have been fab, all have sublimated very well, plus ink is a much better price here especially when it's on offer!! Well done Blank Sub xxxxx
