Questa per me è la peggiore agenzia di comunicazione e Marketing in commercio. Non sono seri e professionali per il trattamento ricevuto. Mi contatta la Manager Maja per una collaborazione che accetto e mi dicono che mi spediscono il prodotto. Dopo qualche settimana non arriva e chiedo informazioni e mi rispondono che si scusano e che mi spediranno a breve il prodotto. Non arriva ancora e chiedo informazioni e mi dicono che spediscono a dicembre 2023( che era il mese successivo) . A Dicembre non arriva ancora e mi rispondono che per errore loro interno me lo spediscono per i contenuti di S.Valentino 2024. Oggi chiedo ancora dove è il pacco e spariscono. Ma che modo di lavorare è? Che vergogna!
For me, this is the worst communication agency on the market. They are not serious and professional for the treatment received. Manager Maja contacts me for a collaboration which I accept and they tell me they will send me the product. After a few weeks it doesn't arrive and I ask for information and they reply that they apologize and that they will send me the product shortly. It hasn't arrived yet and I ask for information and they tell me they will ship in December 2023 (which was the following month). In December it still doesn't arrive and they tell me that by internal mistake they send it to me for Valentine's Day 2024 content. Today I ask again where the package is and they disappear. But what kind of way of working is it? What a shame
