Blanking arranged a Level 3 survey for us on a Grade II listed property. The process was excellent. Our survey was completed quickly and the report was very thorough. Matt called us to discuss any concerns we had about the property and to explain the important issues raised after the survey. I would highly recommend this company.

Friendly service from Blankings right from initial dealings with Lindsay and Samantha, through to Matthew’s patience in dealing with my questions.

I initially ordered a survey to be done on a house I am buying. After contacting the vendors to arrange a date for the inspection it transpired that the vendors hadn’t found their onward purchase yet and Lindsay offered to hold off booking the inspection until the transaction was ready to proceed which I was grateful for the flexibility.

Once I found out the vendors were ready I called Blankings and spoke to Samantha who kindly explained the process and helped book the inspection.

Matthew did the survey and from my meeting with the vendors on a separate matter they commented how thorough Matthew’s inspection was so that was very reassuring. A short while after the survey report was published I had some questions which Matthew was happy to answer. Not only that, I had an unrelated question about a search result and Matthew was kind enough to offer guidance and helped reassure me of the findings. I would’ve totally understood if he wouldn’t have been able to help or refer me to another specialist so that was very much appreciated.

Jessica come out to do a RICS survey for me last week.
She was very friendly, helpful and professional. Lindsay who arranged the booking was the same. It was all done very quickly and efficiently. I couldn't have asked for a better service and if I need anything in the future I will certainly use them again.

I had a snagging report done on a new build property. Due to chain issues, it took a while to get to exchange. Samantha and Lindsay at Blankings kept in regular contact with me to see how everything was progressing and when they could book in the survey. The moment we exchanged, they called and booked in the survey. It was done yesterday, and I’ve already received a detailed report back within 1 day. Couldn’t recommend this team more.

Needing a valuation for a small piece of land forming part of my late mother's estate, I approached several surveyors, who felt unable to help as there was no dwelling involved, but Blanking Associates were happy to oblige. They were friendly and approachable, prompt and professional. The report was clear and easy to understand, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
