I purchased a two Blampy bottle lamps in August 2024. After a few months of use, the lamps don't hold a charge anymore. Blampy offers a "1-YEAR WARRANTY ON ALL OUR LAMPS." However, I have contacted them repeatedly and they have not responded to my warranty request. I will never buy another Blampy again.
I ordered six lamps and 2 months later, only three arrived. I get no response from customer service when I email them. There seems to be no effective way to reach them. The product was not well packaged. They sent me a bogus picture to supposedly verify delivery, but it was not my order, just some generic photo. Truly awful!!!
My lamps arrived badly packaged and damaged - dented and with badly scratched. Zero customer service, I emailed them to tell them about the damage and my email bounced back undelivered so their email address is a sham.

Went to pay and it added another light that I didn't want. Tried to email and the email got returned as no address exists. My order is in transit for over a week and not had goods yet. I expect I have been scammed so beware!! Very disappointed 😞
Scam company on Instagram. The purchase process does not allow for confirmation of your order. The email confirmation is automatic. And worst of all, the contact email on the website does not exist and does not accept emails. BEWARE.
