I could not have asked for a better broker - Tom Simpson really went above and beyond to get the deal completed, overcoming a myriad of hurdles including changing from a share purchase to an asset purchase- much harder than it sounds- a large amount of lenders enquiries, and getting the security documents out of the lenders sols. There were times when the deal looked like it was not going to be able to be done, but Tom always found a solution. He is THE man for commercial finance. I look forward to completing the development finance for the project with him shortly.
