No Customer Support

I called this company a week ago & the salesman convinced be to buy a Dell 5060 with Windows 11 OS on it.I told him I was unfamiliar with the OS & he said don't worry our "tech support" will help you with "everything" They have helped me with nothing & after spending $400 on a used PC I can't even get online.I hooked up my Win7 & no problem getting online.That's what I am writing this review with.They don't return phone calls or emails & I am highly upset.I want my money back in full & a free shipping label mailed so I can send back & buy from a reputable company who does support what they sell.Even the woman in support said she never had ANY training on the OS.I don't understand how they can sell PC's they don't even know how to use.
