Great selection of razor blades, ordering was easy and my blades arrived on time and very nicely packaged/protected.

I accidentally ordered 2 orders when I meant to order one and they were great at dealing with it. In one email I told them the order number I wanted to cancel and they got it done in a few hours and I got a full refund. The items I did order were at a great price and their website was quite easy to navigate.

I had a brilliant experience with Blades and Whiskers and will definitely be returning. I ordered a tub of Stirling soap and a few samples, all well priced. The order was excellently packaged and shipped fast, a free sample was also included which was a really nice surprise. Unfortunately the tub of soap I recieved was from a bad batch so I contacted Blades and Whiskers and Kevin was extremely helpful. By the end of the day I had a replacement on the way, shipped with next day delivery. If you want professionalism, value and exemplar customer service then Blades and Whiskers is the place to go. The packaging was genuinely impressive. Every item was individually wrapped and then surrounded by generous shock-absorbing packing material. I’ve received PC components and mobile phones with far less protection, so the attention to detail here really stood out.
Prices were also better than buying directly from the razor manufacturer, which made the order great value overall.

I have never used Blades and Whiskers before, but must say, my first experience with them was as good as it gets.I purchased a few items from them that were exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the razor developed a problem after a few uses. I emailed them and left my phone number, explaining the problem. Within the hour, a lovely gentleman called Kevin called me. In no time at all he resolved the problem without any fuss, whatsoever. The replacement item has now arrived via Royal Mail, and all is well.
