Black Tie Moving just completed our pack out and we couldn’t be happier. The crew was extremely polite, efficient and took the time to carefully wrap each piece of furniture. Matt and his crew were excellent! Despite some glitches that were on my end, Matt was more than willing to accommodate me. He definitely went the extra mile to make the move work. Highly recommend!!

Braxton and his crew were great! They arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were very careful with all our furnishings, making sure everything was wrapped and protected. Once they started unloading everything they worked really hard to make sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. We had several heavy pieces going upstairs and they took their time and made sure there were no damages. This is our second time to use Black Tie Moving in the last 10 months and I would highly recommend them. Thanks Scott!

Keaton and his crew were excellent, hard working, cheerful and a credit to the company. Unfortunately, Ben the sales representative and I underestimated the quantity of belongings and Black Tie was unable to move everything.

Disassembled things that were too heavy for me and reassembled everything properly. A good choice for anyone who has enough sense to realize some things costs more and are worth more than the headaches you’ll get from rinky dinks. I trusted them, fine young men. Take my word for it!!!!

Packing and moving went well
Everyone worked hard. So many dishes were broken..a platter over 50 years old was crushed. Small scratches and small damages to wood furniture. But I'd have them move me again without hesitation. I have so much stuff it's amazing how well they did.

Men were in to much of a hurry left items in home. And charged ala cart for services that should have been part of fee

Quoted me a price based on using three people. Only two showed up to pack. Only two were there for interstate move. Charged us 12% more than estimated. Refused to move several cases of beer but moved alcohol bottles no problem. Not recommended

Every communication and our entire experience was first rate. The movers were hard working, pleasant, and professional. The cast for the move was reasonable. The move could not have been better executed!

The moving crew was on time. They made the move go smoothly. Without me having to provide them with any directions. My crew was great and I will use them again. The best decision i could have made.
