GG and crew were fantastic. Got here ahead of schedule and finished in less time than projected. All four men were careful with our fragile items and packed things thoroughly.

Absolute Excellence! Truly enjoyed these young men and the service they provided. Everything is up front and they send clear and concise documentation. I will definitely use them again.

I was very disappointed in my moving experience with Black Tie Moving on April 24, 2026. Things began with deliberation but soon escalated into what seemed to me to be a hurried situation into how fast we can get things done. One of the moving technicians had another job to go to at the conclusion of this move as well.

In the process, three (3) boxes of heirloom and irreplaceable antique glassware were broken. Shrink wrap was not removed from items as promised. Tristan explained everything and appeared, to me, anyway, to be disappointed that things were not taken care of in the proper manner.

I have moved approximately 20 times in my life and have NEVER had anything broken nor felt like the movers were in a hurry. They charged us a large sum of money to move us and we employed another company 2 years ago and paid less than half of Black Tie's cost and had NOTHING broken.

I called Black Tie and relayed all of the disappointing incidents and was paid lip service and told to file claims, which I have done, and as of today, May 8, 2026, I have not received any kind of return communication regarding my claims filing or how this company can "make things right" for us.

As I said, it was a very disappointing experience, and I will never recommend this company to any one for relocation help.

The movers did a great job packing the furniture and made sure there were no damages to the items. They were also very patient when we were deciding where to set the furniture in the new place.

Expert movers. From the planning with Tyler to the two crews and our lead mover Cooper. Such a great experience and we were taken care of superbly!!

The guys that came out were so professional and worked so hard. Everything was moved in fast order and with utmost care. I cannot be more pleased.

The team was very professional, on time, clean and respectful. The price was what the quoted and that is important. They we careful with my things and made sure I was happy with their service.

We've used Black Tie a number of times in the past 10 years, always good. But this time, not so good. The crew arrived on time and were very courteous and took good care of our things. But the length of time for the move was about 10 hours, at least 2 hours longer than anticipated driving up the cost somewhat. They scuffed up the walls a bit, but nothing that can't be fixed. Probably the worst part was that despite a reminder, they forgot to get 17 boxes out of the attic. We called them expressing our dissatisfaction, and they reduced the charge by a fair amount. They sent a crew over on a Sunday morning to get the rest of the boxes and loaded them into our new house attic. Bottom line, they made it right. But moving is a stressful experience and you hope that professional movers ease that stress instead of add to it. This time, they added to it. I think we'll consider using Black Tie again, but we'll definitely be open to other firms.

They made moving from Dallas to New Braunfels straightforward, efficient, and hassle-free. Would highly recommend.

As always, Black Tie handled my small move with the same care as if I had a big move. I will use them again.

The entire experience was excellent. From the early coordination from Ben prior to move day to the expert moving job from Felix and team, everything went smoothly. Every single guy who showed up (and we had 6!) was strong, capable, and efficient. There were no duds, only studs. They arrived at 9:15a and by 5:15p we had moved everything from two houses to a new home an hour away. They all were friendly, had grat attitudes, and made the move easy.

Guys showed up on time, worked hard and got everything done in great time.

Anthony, Darion, and Fabian are genuinely the best movers I've ever had. They were so efficient and careful, and I really felt that they were experienced and skilled and knew exactly what they were doing. In addition to being so good at their jobs, they were also so nice! 11/10 experience and the easiest move I've ever done.
