First time in selling a business which can be daunting and proved to be quite stressful and drawn out, however Blackstone were very communicative, reassuring and helpful. I cannot recommend Blackstone solicitors highly enough. I was very fortunate to be looked after by Adrianna and Navi throughout, who were both jointly responsible for my experience.

Throughout my house purchase, they went above and beyond not only in carrying out their own responsibilities to an exceptional standard, but also by proactively advising and supporting me with a number of issues I was experiencing with another solicitor involved in the sale of my other property. That level of care and ownership made a huge difference during what was a very stressful process at the sale end. (Unrelated to Blackstone).

Communication was excellent from start to finish, with regular updates and clear explanations at every stage, far exceeding the standards I have come to expect from solicitors. Adrianna was a regular point of contact and was friendly, professional, and incredibly reassuring. I never felt an inconvenience when contacting the with questions or to ask for advice.

We decided that it was time for us to make our Will, and take advantage of the Will aid scheme. Contacted Will Aid and they directed us to the nearest participating solicitor, Blackstone.
Contact was made with Amy, who was very helpful and provided us with a meeting date at their office in Hale.
Today we attended our appointment, after being questioned by the receptionist, she contacted Amy?
Who then decided she was too busy and had no one else available to see us “ We have people off sick”” Can you come back?”
We had both taken time off to attend this meeting, and at no point did we have any apology.
Maybe Will Aid applicants are held as lower priority?
At no point was any communication regarding cancellation or alternative arrangements made.
Very shabby outfit, and disappointing. Made to feel that we didn’t matter.
