Great glasses, even better price
Orderd a pair of glasses for a fraction of the price they usually cost. Granted it takes a little while for the glasses to arrive but hey that's also the case in the Netherlands with retail shops. My glasses came with a small scratch on one of the glasses. I contacted customer service and was helped quickly and I recieved a new pair. Nothing bad to say within my experience!

DON’T DO IT!!! I ordered glasses specifically to my prescription. I got them in and the prescription was completely wrong. It was way too strong, and gave me an instant headache.I sent them three “contact us” messages stating that my order was wrong. I heard NOTHING until I sent them an email. Then they messaged me back, days later, stating that the glasses were specifically made to my prescription, so they wouldn’t give me a refund. They were not to my specific prescription, the company made an error. They said that they would replace the lenses, at my own expense. This was their error, not mine. I’m not impressed at all. I messaged them back stating that it was their error, and I’ve not heard a reply. This company sucks and is not reliable. Don’t order from them.

Order here if you want someone else’s prescription
I ordered progressive glasses from this company. It took eight days just to receive an order confirmation, and when it arrived, all prescription values were set to zero.
Despite contacting them, I was told there was no issue. After delays and a threat to cancel, the glasses were finally shipped.
Once received, it was immediately clear they were not progressive lenses and that the correction was wrong. A professional optician later confirmed that the lenses did not match my prescription at all.
I contacted the company to request a refund or remake and never received any response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT GLASSES THAT ARE COMPLETELY USELESS!!!!

Not much point having an affordable product if you can't get it to your customers on time!
What their quotes "glasses in only x days" doesn't tell you is that it doesn't include the time taken by shoddy shipping.
Even when their shippers, sf-international, managed to get them to Europe, they sent my glasses on a wild goose-chase around Italy for a couple of weeks. They refused my attempts to get them redirected within the EU because of their error.
By the time they arrived in Venice I'd left. Now they're (maybe) sitting under someone's desk somewhere in my former accommodation. I've given up hope of receiving them. No idea if they're any good but I'm not happy to have lost €58.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 12 to 16 working days, production included, and shipping is handled by third-party carriers once the parcel leaves our facilities. While delays or routing issues on the carrier’s side are, unfortunately, beyond our control, they can still be followed via the tracking link provided.
According to the tracking information, the parcel was delivered to the address supplied at the time of the order. We understand that changes in travel plans can complicate delivery, but we are unable to redirect parcels once they are in transit within the carrier’s network.
We regret that this experience was not a positive one and note your comments regarding shipping, even when the issue originates outside our direct control.

Don’t believe their delivery
Don’t believe their delivery. It took well over 2 weeks to ship, and when it said delivered no package whatsoever. After the long delivery time, it’s been over a month since I originally placed my order, I’m just over it, don’t even want the glasses anymore just want my refund. I fully believe this company is a scam. I’ve also used the tracking number provided on every single delivery website and no one has any record of that tracking number.

The tracking number you received at the time works perfectly on both ParcelApp and 17Track—so we’re a bit puzzled which “mystery” websites you might have been checking.
Our customer service team even reached out by e-mail to see if anything was still pending, but as far as we can tell, your order has indeed been delivered. So, despite initial appearances, it seems this isn’t a scam after all!

Outstanding value but Blacksheep needs to work on their delivery
I ordered a pair of "laptop reading glasses." When I submitted my prescription to customer service, their response was prompt and professional. The total price, including shipping, came to 60 Euros. Upon receiving the glasses, I can confirm that the manufacturing quality is an outstanding value for the price, and the prescription is accurate. I only rate 3 stars because the order took nearly one month to reach me, and the communication regarding the whereabouts of the package was not well followed up on and sparse from customer service.

I recieved my two pair of glasses today, exactly 3 weeks after ordering. The low prices made me skeptical, so my expectations were low.
After trying them on, I got a little angry. I wasn't angry with Blacksheep, quite the opposite. Much to my surprise, the glasses were great. I was angry that EssilorLuxottica has been completely ripping us off with their unjustifiably high prices. These are every bit as good as the last 3 pairs of designer glasses I've owned, if not better, and at a fraction of the price. Titanium frame polychromatic progressives with deluxe lenses for under $150??? You couldn't find that for twice the price at a retail chain.

Bought my second pair today as the first order arrived in no time and very pleased with the glasses received. Very decent quality, great design and for the price paid I can only but compliment the team. Had some queries prior placing my second order and the customer service team (Audrey I believe) was extremely helpful in assisting. Definitely recommended.
