Blackpool good in parts and run down in other parts
Stayed in hotel for weekend that was average from previous visits
To me blackpool going through few changers from past visits its become less welcoming for ethnic minorities some people make you feel welcome but lot make you feel uncomfortable and not welcome
not sure i would go back there again tbh
Stayed at Royal Seabank Hotel Blackpool from friday 12september - 16 september.
On arrival was told i had not booked but hadpaid in full on booking.so there was no room available after a while a room was found . Roomappeated ok at first. On saturday we had no maid service so no toilet roll towels beds made tea coffe replenished .went to put something in a draw and found soiled mens underwear .complained at reception and was told the manager woul see me at 8.30am on mondaymorning .Went to reception no manager waited till 9.10am still no manager.had to leave at this point had a train to catch .what sort of hotel is this awful would not recomend to anyone.A Disgrace.
The central car park is superb 100% fantastic but sadly google state that Blackpool council provide disabled toilets which open with the RADAR key and they don’t they have the Yale type locks on all of the toilets so disabled people cannot use them. Lots of scammers and chavs trying to hustle people and a lack of security around. Not a safe place to visit
So sorry to have to review this 😩 stayed in the boulevard hotel 2 nights and it was absolutely amazing . Staff and hotel
Is still as good as the day it opened .
Thanks for the great stay 😀👍🏼
Now for the pleasure beach 🤬🤬🤬
Very very sad to say this but this place has become a health hazard .
Every aspect is dangerous . Rides run down apart from icon , food a total disgrace ( I wouldn’t want my dog to eat out of here )
Tables filthy . Floors so dirty your shoes stick .
Who runs this place ???
The family that owns this park ( Thomsons I think ?) please please I am begging you get the right management in place and sort this out .
. Get a cover over the queue line at Valhalla it’s a health hazard in the heat .
During off season clean the park ( power wash )
. Paint the coasters as they are in a terrible state of disrepair !
If nothing done this park will need demolished .
Final point Blackpool council get a grip of your seafront . Hotels OMG apart from boulevard and big blue everything should be bulldozed !!!!!!!
Absolutely awful I’m disabled told wouldn’t have to queue there are no lifts ramps steps nothing , park maps are non existent, guest services had no idea how to deal with us sent us all over the park I can only walk 200 meters and I told them this before going to the park. No managers no signs to get to where u need to be no transport on site , told wouldn’t have to queue and we have to climb multiple flights of stairs accessibility is is awful it was my birthday to food was terrible and £6.50 for a small chips which we’re disgusting clearly cheapest stuff they can buy and this was at at more expensive food stall, rides mostly closed I only came for icon and Valhalla shut Valhalla all day didn’t get to go on it just not disabled friendly at all I’m in that much pain I can’t walk at all, we we’re just sent all over the park that caused stress and injury , the big one and infusion needs binning so rough it gave me whiplash and crushed my legs that ride considering been re tracked why is it so rough and caused a injury no one cared on site when I told them, the staff were all rude other than icon staff even there they need disabled access which you don’t have, won’t be visiting again ever this wouldn’t happen at Alton towers and Thorpe park this park is now dead to me such a shame infusion that just smashed my head and gave me a thunder clap migraine that ride is dangerously bad and needs to go if this is how pleasure beach are going well I won’t be going again it’s so bad I was told I wouldn’t need to queue but I had to queue and stand in major pain for a long time ride availability well forget it most closed can’t get on revolution no disabled access this park is so discriminatory won’t be back, I will not remove the review as it’s reviewing your resort ! Period it’s a disgrace all your merch is Blackpool resort therefore that’s why got the review it’s true and completely correct we will never come back again

Central Blackpool is an English shanty town of derelict and poorly maintained buildings, filthy streets, run-down hotels, homelessness and deprivation, yet it is surrounded by wealthy coastal areas such as St Annes, Lytham, etc etc. With 20 MILLION visitors a-year the blame for the sad state of this resort must lie with the county council and local council management teams and their respective councillors. Surely it’s time to sack the lot of them and dismantle the council management model… I’m just so saddened after a recent visit and I needed an outlet for my anger!!!
Hotel is up and coming, my room was small, but OK for one person, could do with fitted sheets so they dont come off during the night. Unfortunately my son had money taken from his room, whilst we went out for breakfast. Staff and police were informed, little they could do. They did look on cctv. And did see someone going into the room. We was given a email address to inform the manager of our experience several emails were sent unfortunately he chose not to answer.
I can get proof we did stay there
Stayed at Lancaster for one night for a hen party. I was so happy to get my own double bed with en-suite toilet for such a good price. The accommodation was clean and we were able to get in early which was great
Excellent weekend break at Kings Court, very nice accommodation and all the required amenities for my stay.
Great price and quality stay within walking distance of all local attractions and seafront.
Staff really friendly and available to assist anytime night or day.
We have just got back from a fantastic 2 night stay here. All the little touches on arrival made it even more special, I’d definitely recommend adding the blackpool rock gin to your booking too. It was our first family holiday with a one year old so we were a bit nervous, but it’s in a perfect central location, spacious, clean and the staff were all so welcoming and the coffee shop deal was great. We wished we had booked another night but can’t wait to book again!
The service prior to booking was excellent . The apartment was clean and central and cctv cameras was visible . Car parking ideal across the road .little box of milk coffee tea n rock was a nice touch. Beds very comfy and bedding clean. Nice and warm and felt safe. Apartment was very very spacious with 1 room having view of the tower . Socks kept clean which is something we always check after a stay cos I'm wierd haha. Will defo book again for sure!.
