Very good with the deal but problems…
Very good with the deal but problems come when you claim.
Thank for your reply but would be nice to have my complaints dealt with timely So passed to Financial ombudsman let them sort this out.

We’re glad you initially chose us to arrange a policy that best suited your needs, and you had given us a 5 star review for the service you received.
When our client services team completed your medical questionnaire with you, certain parts of your medical history / information was not disclosed to us which led to your claim being declined.
We provided the insurer with the telephone conversations, and a copy of the questionnaire which was sent to you following the application, which we always send following an application, as we understand sometimes things can get missed, and this gives you another opportunity to provide all of the relevant and accurate information to avoid a future claim being declined.
Had these medical disclosures been provided during the application, then the insurers would’ve had all of the relevant information to make a decision on the eligibility and terms of the policy.
As a gesture of good will, you have been provided with a refund of all premiums paid.
