Ordered 2 items, they send me 1 item that was not near what I ordered.
Also took double as long to arrive as the 3 other packages I ordered from other shops the same day.
Now I am waiting for a response from their customer service about when/if I’ll actually get what I paid for.

A bit slow but i got what i ordred.
A bit slow but i got what i ordred.
I was a bit worried about the reviews i saw but i thought i would give it a chance.
I ordered from outside of germany and it took around 13 days to arrive. Everything was there and everything was fine.
I did try to write an email to them after 1 week, but it seems like it was received as "spam mail" so they never received it. Maybe that is why many people get no answer from them.
I got what i ordered, just slow considering the short distance.
