My experience with Blackedout so far
My experience with Blackedout so far. They deliver fake boots and have a terrible customer service.
My story
Ordered a pair of Nike Phantom Thunder for my son on May 8th, received them on May 21st.
Immediately complained that the pair we received were fake, and immediately asked for a full refund of the amount paid for the boots.
Blackedout responded the first time, emphasizing that everything that they deliver to their customers is original. They have not yet responded to my email no. 2, even though I have sent them a reminder for a response.
That's why I am writing this message on Trustpilot, in hope that someone from Blackedout will respond.
Mistakes can happen when working with subcontractors. I just want my boots or my money back.

Terrible longevity
Bought the boots #150 a few months ago they were great at the start and they looked amazing but after half a season the sole plate has snapped and now the boots just fold in half when I run. The shipping is very long and expensive and the boots themselves are too expensive for replicas

I already wrote something about the website a while ago and now that i actually had a long time to test the cleats ive noticed that the sizing is a bit off. It was big and the studs were too hard and stiff. the back of the cleat kept stabbing into my heel which hurt a lot, but the most disapointing part was the grip. I ordered 057 i expected grip nit but i got a super smooth upper that never gripped the ball.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! This must be possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Sent the boots twice to the wrong address, then allegedly sent a 3rd time but I don't think they were ever sent. 2 months later and still no sign of the boots & I had to buy the boots from elsewhere as my son's boots broke, so I asked for a refund. Refused to refund. Still no boots after 10+ weeks and 41 emails!!
