Good Product, But Not Worth The Hassle

The product itself is very good, probably better than any other slider I have found that is manufactured in the UK. However, I cannot recommend purchasing one. The difficulty, also experienced by several other customers (a quick google will confirm this), is communication. The owner seems to communicate on a sporadic basis often going silent & requiring multiple contacts to get a response, which is both rude & extremely irritating. This wouldn’t be so important if the product received included everything in the description. Contacting the owner he agreed to send the missing items, but now has gone silent again. The owner seems like a nice guy, but the hassle just isn’t worth it.
