Bad and very bad. I have one incoming transfer on pending and they restrict my account. They didn’t add the transfer on my balance , they didn’t send it back. Bad experience. I want just to revert the transfer to the sender and to close this account and nothing more…. They added the amount on my account and they blocked….more bad … the worse prepaid card and app from Apple Store

one of the best applications and services I know. Favorable rates when exchanging cryptocurrency and Fiat currencies. Good loyalty program and rewards. I can only recommend and have already recommended several times

I’ve been using Black Cat Card for almost 2 years, and I’m really impressed with its simplicity and functionality. The interface is intuitive and clean—unlike other exchanges that feel overloaded with unnecessary features. Buying and selling crypto is incredibly smooth, and I love the flexibility in setting daily and monthly limits for cards.

Another great feature is the option to use both virtual and physical cards—it makes transactions so much easier. And, of course, the little black cat animation at the bottom of the screen adds a special charm to the whole experience! It’s a small detail, but it makes using the platform more enjoyable.

The service is excellent overall, but one feature I’d love to see in the future is disposable (one-time) virtual cards for safer online shopping. That would make Black Cat Card even more perfect!

I am using blackcatcard as my main crypto to euro card. Very easy to use, though APP itself needs some additional work not going to lie.

I have 2 cards for myself and my wife both attached to single account which is super useful.

Support responds fast, couple of problems I had were resolved pretty robustly.

Overall good, but SEPA delays are annoying if you're a hurry. Still reliable for planned payments.

This is a Russian company registered in Malta and because of restrictions related to the fintech war it went bankrupt. IBAN numbers do not work, money disappears, cards are not supported. Be careful because you can lose money by topping up this account.

One of the few fitnetch services that support crypto properly. I can easely top up my account with Bitcoin and convert it to euros. No ussues at all!

SEPA transfers are free, but my last one took a full week. Not ideal, but at least they didn't charge extra.

I don't usually write reviews for a company, but this one definitely deserves one. The most awful "fintech" and financial company out there. About a year ago opened an account and received their debit card. Since then, they are in the process of "migration" to new IBAN's. It's been more than a year and still nothing - you can't deposit funds to them to use your account or card nor to withdraw money from it, yet they still continue onboarding new customers despite this problem. CS just copy/paste replies every time you write to them and claim that they are working hard 24/7 to resolve the issue... On top of that, today received an email to provide SOW - ON MY EMPTY ACCOUNT without ANY activity!!!! I really don't know how on earth they got those awards that they mention on their website to be honest, as i got an impression that they are bunch of incompetent people who work there.

The cashback program is great, but I wish I could pick multiple categories at the same time.

Good day. Almost a year ago I transferred 500€ to my account on blackcatcard, but they did not go to my account, and it is not known where they are, I wrote a lot to the administration of blackatcard, but they still did not return the money to me.

I've been using this fintesh for a few months now, and it's mostly great. The card works everywhere, and i love the free SEPA transfers. My only complaint is the lack of Apple Pay support-it would make spending so mush easier. Hope they add it soon!

Closed my account and never received my last payment to myself - it's already more than a year gone, support is giving just repeated auto answers, like:
Our technical team is literally working 24/7 in order to speed up the process of SEPA migration. "Unfortunately we can't provide an approximate date of restoration SEPA service. We kindly ask you to await for transfer of remaining balance. We will proceed with your request as soon as possible."
Just thinking what exactly they are doing 24/7 for a year to refund 13 Euros?

Opened a business account, transfers are convenient. Support is not always fast, but they do solve issues properly

The free card is nice, but express delivery should be cheaper.

This is a scam, stay far away!!! I know these scammers since 2022.

Definitely try to take money from me when i wanted to close my account. I would stay away.
