Serious System Faults in MT4

I had been satisfied with this broker until recently, but serious issues have emerged over the past two days that raise significant concerns about their platform integrity.
I maintain both MT4 and MT5 accounts with this broker. While my MT5 account has operated normally, my MT4 account has been executing trades that far exceed the broker's advertised and legally permitted leverage limits.
Specific Example:
With an account balance of approximately £66 and maximum advertised leverage of 1:500, the system executed a 0.85 lot silver trade without warning. Based on silver's current market price and the instrument's 5,000 contract size, this trade required leverage of approximately 1:4,600 - over 9 times the advertised maximum. This immediately resulted in negative margin and account liquidation.
This was not an isolated incident. Multiple other trades on this account have executed at 2-3 times the stated leverage limits, suggesting a systematic platform malfunction or margin calculation error.
Current Status:
I have reported these issues to the broker's support team and am awaiting their investigation. I have requested full compensation as this represents both a breach of their advertised terms and a violation of regulatory leverage limits.
Until this is resolved and explained, I cannot recommend this broker. Traders should be extremely cautious, particularly when using MT4 accounts with this provider.

Do not ever trade with this broker!!!

Do not ever trade with this broker. They are a complete and utter scam. They charge you £5 everyone
You withdraw however they will let me
Withdraw my money telling me I have to withdraw in 3 separate amounts so they make money each time I withdraw. Why the hell do I have to withdraw 3/5 serpents times anyway ? It’s a complete scam you will never get your money
