Cashback-actie is puur bedrog
Ik heb een toestel gekocht waarvoor de promo 'cash back' geldt ... dit is echt hopeloos. Je vult het betreffende tabblad volledig in en geraakt vervolgens niet verder. B&D reeds 2x via contactformulier gecontacteerd maar ik krijg gewoon geen reactie ... ook telefonisch zijn ze niet te bereiken. Dit is gewoon bedrog en bijzonder klantonvriendelijk dat ze niet eens reageren.
