Don’t bother trying to return any item (asos marketplace)- STAY CLEAR
Decent clothes especially if you can’t find a tailor or are in a rush. Seller was great initially, even called to confirm sizing.
If you need to return an item, that’s when the problem starts. From my experience anyway. After 2 months of asking for them to confirm my return request via asos marketplace, I still have not been granted this, despite emails and a whole PayPal case. I’m now having to open up a case with my bank. Long story short, seller won case as PayPal stated they could only back up case if item was not as described. Seller has been extremely poor with communication upon asking to return this 1 item.
It’s a shame as it really didn’t need to be this difficult and the clothes were decent. In my case I simply wanted to make return of 1 item because it was extremely baggy and not practical wear for me personally.
I don’t know why certain groups of people don’t seem to understand that a happy customer is a returning customer. This is why businesses who fail to understand this rarely expand, you are not looking at the bigger picture. Please do better because we want you to win, but you make it impossible with poor customer service.
Update:
As per sellers response you can clearly see that they have gone out of their way not to respond on asos marketplace and confirm my return request. They seem to believe that customers should keep our items even if we are unsatisfied with them because the sizing is correct.
As initially stated the issue was the item was too baggy for MY liking and I explained my issue was the seller was not responding to my return request on asos marketplace (which they have to do to enable to me to proceed with returning an item on their). Not that the item was not shipped. So they are now even lying. You are despicable and may you reap what you sow. Shame on you.
