not only I told them after two months of listing my business that I didn’t see my ad coming up when searching, they basically told me it’s showing on their end which is not useful at best, but also when I sent them email telling them I don’t want to extend my ad beyond the six months term, they still charge my credit card one add’l month of $65. I called them up to request a refund but I was told it’s been one month for the charge so they wil not refund the illegitimate charge.
You are better off using facebook and craigslist for free.

Do NOT sign up with these pathetic services who will spam you 20 times a day without an option to remove your email !!

Full of fake businesses, the service level (below zero) and unwillingness to remove reported fake businesses make it look like the entire company is one big scam to squeeze potential investors and buyers.

I have tried using this website to inquire about business I was interested in buying. I have even filled out several NDAs as required. I never get any follow up from any of my request. I have even reported that I did not get a follow up within the three business days and still get no response. If you are serious about buying a business this website is not recommended.

Ridiculous asking prices on businesses that are obviously not doing well.

I bid and was accepted by seller and broker in Texas.
Last week I was ready to sign Monday or Tuesday and told broker week before. I emailed broker numerous times and he never responded at all. He sold the business to someone else Friday cause they were a bigger collection agency in Texas. Broker is the worst.
I would never do business as I told customer service and they could careless. BUYER BEWARE.

I have been trying to get information on several business listed for sale on this website, and no one is getting back to me. I tried calling the agents listed under the business, and one of them has a number that has been disconnected - bizquest doesn't even make sure the numbers listed are in working order. When I sent requests, I received emails frmo BizQuest asking me to let them know if I am not contacted by the business within 3 business days. I have used that contact info multiple times, and eventually called them. I spoke with Donald who told me that if I didn't hear back from their quality service department, that's the end of the line. There is nothing I can further expect. I am not sure what the purpose of this website is, if one cannot get a hold of any kind of information on the businesses listed. Frustrating.
