Lua customer service was excellent
Lua customer service was excellent. I was a bit confused on what I needed to do to get my inactive business back active. The way that Lua explained everything to me made it easy to understand and got my business back in good standing order.

Great customer service

Fast Refund for Virtual Address Service
I no longer needed to use the $29/month virtual address service from Bizee. I was initially charged $29 as I forgot about it and reached out to customer service to cancel the virtual address.
Within just one day, Diana was able to cancel the service and refund the $29. She was very quick with responses and any additional questions I had.
